TESTIMONIALS

In my line of work as a church minister, if people can’t hear there is no point in them being in church. Clear audio is essential and the challenge of an ancient church building considerable. Nick Fatkin put in a first rate and competitively priced PA system, which has far exceeded our expectations. Also, he continues to provide ongoing professional support and advice each time we hold a larger event or church service.

Thank you Nick!

Our experience with buying a new sound system from Crystal Clear Audio is good. We had used them previously to nurse our elderly and failing system and we found them helpful and responsive. It was for this reason that we asked them to quote for installing a modern replacement system. Sadly, we found our funds could not stretch to meet our ambitions, but Crystal Clear agreed to help us build a system to fit our budget where other firms might well have walked away. They were very flexible in their approach, using some components from our old system, some second-hand equipment and the best new components they could find for the money available. Inevitably, there were teething problems with this approach, but Crystal Clear persisted and worked with us to achieve the stable and effective system we have now. We know that they have installed sophisticated systems for customers with far more resources than we have. However, we found them just as willing to deal with the practical challenges arising from our limited budget and slow decision-making.

Nick Fatkin of Crystal Clear Audio is an exceptional AV engineer. He has a great understanding of the requirements of contemporary churches, and an appreciation of the variety of different needs and styles of worship. His work is always completed to a high specification, and he’s incredibly generous with his ongoing support for the systems he has installed. We’re very happy with his work at St John’s Hoxton, upgrading the audio installation, and designing a future-proofed projection and display system from scratch. I’d gladly commend him to anyone.

Nick upgraded our church PA system in December 2014. We had been suffering from a long standing PA problem that others had failed to put right and Nick was able to solve our issue. He was efficient and helpful during the work and afterwards. He stayed at the church into the evening to ensure that the system was working for an important carol concert and helped us to manage related issues such as microphone licences after the job was finished. We are still pleased with the PA system he installed and we would use him again in future.

It was a pleasure to work with Nick Fatkin at Seasalter Christian Centre back in 2007 as we launched a new building.  Since then, hundreds of people pass through the building each week for worship, conferences and all kinds of meetings.  Crystal Clear’s sound and vision has been at work all that time, helping to make the building the place of community it is today.

Crystal Clear Audio has provided excellent quality installations, equipment hire and friendly advice over the numerous years I have known them.  They have worked closely with us when designing new systems for installation which has meant the systems have fully suited the needs of the church’s ministry, have been sensitive to the architecture and use of the buildings. It is clear that Crystal Clear Audio is committed to high quality workmanship and is not satisfied for anything second best.

St. Peter’s Church Newdigate has been successfully working in cooperation with Crystal Clear Audio and Nick Fatkin for a number of years now. Nick has assisted us to upgrade our Sound System and to install a new multi-media provision with drop down screen and HD Projectors.

Throughout this he has been highly professional, competitively priced, and easy to liaise with. He ensured that workable solutions were found that met DAC and faculty requirements, and that fitted in aesthetically with the historic fabric of our Grade 2* listed building. His customer service and after care is of the highest degree. We thoroughly recommend Crystal Clear Audio to anyone considering AV installations

Nick has installed a state-of-the-art camera system for us, which has enabled us to live stream our services. This has enabled us to reach many more people than would normally have physically attended the church and has kept the existing congregation connected throughout the last year.

Nick is a true professional and his expertise and advice have been invaluable to us.
